I have a multi-dimensional art practice which embraces making, performance and installation.
Through my recent doctoral study at Royal College of Art, Little Horror. At home with filial violence, I have turned to writing, diagrammatic drawing and film making, to articulate repetitious time and event in domestic dysfunction. I use the layering of evidential materials and moments in time, to hide and accentuate events.
I intend my work to sit liminally, between the dualities of allure and abjection, like sparkle on shit, and to thrust the audience, unexpectedly, into an uncanny zone, where they are enticed and repelled simultaneously.
